First-Time Cleaning Instructions

Step 1

• Apply a small amount of cooking oil to a soft cloth and gently wipe the inside of the stainless steel bottle to remove any polishing residue.
• Wash thoroughly with a mild detergent.

Step 2

• Fill the bottle with hot water and add 3 scoops of citric acid.
• Leave for approximately 2 hours.
• Wash again with a mild detergent and allow to air dry completely.

Warnings & Care Instructions

• Do NOT place the stainless steel bottle in a microwave.
• Adult supervision is required during use.
• Only the straw teat should be placed in a child's mouth.
• Always ensure all parts are correctly assembled and check the beverage temperature before use.
• Hot drinks above 40°C, carbonated drinks, or sudden temperature changes may create internal pressure and cause leakage. If this occurs, gently pinch the air valve area 3–4 times to release pressure before use.
• Keep away from fire and prolonged direct sunlight.
• Avoid dropping or knocking the bottle, as impact may cause damage or leakage.
• For hygiene reasons, replace the silicone straw teat and straw tube every 2–3 months, or sooner depending on frequency of use.
• UV sterilisers may be used; however, prolonged exposure may cause discolouration, deformation, or odour.
• Dishwasher cleaning is not recommended, as collisions during the wash cycle may damage the product.
• Damage caused by improper use or cleaning is not covered under warranty.
• Please read the enclosed care instructions before first use.
• For hygiene reasons, bottles that have been washed or used cannot be exchanged or refunded.

The stainless steel bottle body is manufactured in China using premium FDA-tested stainless steel sourced from the USA.

The semi-finished bottle is then transported to Korea, where the silicone straw, handles, lid, packaging, final assembly, and quality control inspection are completed to ensure the highest product standards.
