Nappies World Shipping Policy

At Nappies World, we aim to get your orders delivered quickly and efficiently across New Zealand. Please find our current shipping rates and guidelines below.

Auckland Deliveries

We offer a special shipping tier for our local customers within the Auckland region:

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $99 (Auckland Non-Rural addresses only).

  • Standard Shipping: For orders under $99, a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.5 applies.

  • Exclusions: Please note that the free shipping threshold does not apply to Rural (RD) addresses.

National & Rural Shipping

Shipping costs for areas outside of Auckland and for all rural locations are calculated at checkout based on the following:

  • Destination: South Island, North Island (Outside Auckland), and Rural/Remote areas.

  • Weight & Volume: Larger orders or bulkier items (such as multiple boxes of nappies) may incur different rates.

  • Rural Delivery: All RD addresses incur a surcharge as per standard courier requirements.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been processed and dispatched:

  • Auckland: 1–3 business days.

  • North Island: 2–3 business days.

  • South Island: 3–5 business days.

  • Rural Areas: Please allow an additional 1–2 business days for your local rural driver.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. This allows you to monitor your delivery in real-time through our courier partner's portal.

Important Notes

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 24 - 48 hours (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Estimated Shipping Charges

The shipping fee displayed at checkout is an estimate only and is provided based on the information available at the time of purchase.

While Nappies World makes every effort to ensure shipping estimates are accurate, actual shipping costs may vary due to factors such as delivery location, package size, weight, carrier charges, and any additional handling requirements.

Nappies World reserves the right to review and adjust the shipping fee if the actual shipping cost is higher than the estimated amount charged at checkout. In such cases, we will contact the customer to advise of the additional shipping charge and obtain approval before dispatching the order.

If the customer does not agree to the additional shipping charge, Nappies World may cancel the order and provide a refund for any payments made in accordance with our refund policy.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept that shipping fees shown at checkout are estimates and may be subject to adjustment where necessary.

PO Boxes

We are currently unable to deliver to PO Boxes; please provide a physical street address for delivery.

Shipping and Liability (ATL)

When you provide "Authority to Leave" (ATL) at checkout, you authorize the courier to leave the parcel at your delivery address without a signature.

Please note: By selecting or requesting ATL, you agree that Nappies World and our courier partners (Aramex) are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after the parcel has been delivered.

The customer assumes full responsibility for the security of the parcel once it has been left at the premises.
