No credit card details will be transmitted or stored.NappiesWorld does not have access to your full card number, customer credit card numbers will not be collected and stored by your website. this credit card payment is secured by Eway.

1. Privacy:

We are extremely sensitive about your privacy concerns and the personal information you provide us. We are not in the business of renting or selling this information to others. As a general matter, we use and store this information simply to personalize and improve your user experience. We share some information only with some 3rd parties, such as courier or freight companies, our warehouse, etc.

  3. Typographical Errors

     If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product or service listed at the incorrect price. We have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will issue a credit or solve the problem in the way most suitable for you and our company.


 4. Payments


   We need to receive the payment  for the order before it can be delivered 

  Normally your bank payments and deposits will show on our account overnight. This will not happen if your payment is done on weekends or public holidays.

   It can possibly take longer depending on your bank`s processing times.

5. Delivery & Pick up

·       Every effort will be made to fulfill orders placed with  LEANNE & Gloria Limited but we shall not be liable to any person if we decline to supply the product(s) for any reason 

        whatsoever. We reserve the right to decline orders without disclosing the reason behind that action.

      For pick-up customers, we will reserve the product (s) in-store for 2 weeks. If for any reason the customer ahs not picked up within the two weeks, Nappiesowrld reserves

       the right to sell the product to whomever. The customer will receive a refund if this happens.

6. Freight

     As our system may not accurately display the precise shipping costs, if we identify that a customer has been charged extra shipping fees, we will contact the customer and issue a refund. Upon dispatch,

      If the customer's delivery address incurs additional shipping costs, we will negotiate with the customer to cover the extra charges before dispatch. If the customer is dissatisfied with this arrangement, we will issue a full refund.

       We apologize for any inconvenience caused and we appreciate your understanding.

7. Warranty and Returns

    All our products carry a one-year limited warranty(except baby nappies) against defects and material and workmanship. Any faults in any of our products should be reported to us as soon as possible and always within 10 days from received the product.

      We have the right to seek the return of any faulty goods or faulty parts from the customer and therefore customers should not dispose of any faulty products or parts without first consulting L&G Ltd . We will determine whether or not it requires the faulty product to be returned or not. If we seem the return of the faulty product we will pay reasonable costs for the return and redelivery of the product.

     For the safety of our customers during the COVID-19 and after the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented a policy of no returns or exchanges on personal use items.

This policy is clearly stated on our website, and our sales staff will also explain it to customers when shopping at our physical stores. We appreciate your understanding.

      No refunds will be given for goods if you have simply changed your mind unless they have been returned within 30 days of the date of purchase in the original packaging and a receipt or invoice must be provided as to proof of purchase. If the item was used, the return will only be accepted at the discretion of  L&G Ltd. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable market rent for the period the item was used. Change of mind returns after 30 days will not be accepted.

      Returns and/or exchanges for incorrect products ordered or change of mind returns will be at the cost of the customer. This includes courier/postage fees for return products and courier/postage fees for parts sent from us as an exchange (this condition does not apply to faulty products).

      If the customer received a free gift as part of a promotion and the product or portion of the product is returned for any reason (unless it was a faulty or defective product) the free gift must be returned along with the unwanted product. Free gifts cannot be returned for refund or exchange and have no cash value of their own.

     The liability of Leanne&Gloria Limited for any loss, damage, or injury arising directly or indirectly from one of our products for non-compliance of any of our products or for any other reason shall not in the event exceed the amount equivalent to the price of the product.

We have the right to change its policy relating to the return and refund of products at any time without notice.

    All non-business customers have all the rights they are entitled to under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the above terms do not deprive them of any of the rights or remedies they have under that Act.
